Environmental Improvement Program – March 2019 to December 2022

Adbri Cement is licensed under the Environmental Protection Act 1993 to operate a cement works at the Birkenhead Plant. The object of the Operating Licence is to minimise emissions and impacts associated with the operation of the cement manufacturing facility.

In accordance with our licence, we manage an Environmental Improvement Plan (EIP), endorsed by the Environment Protection Authority (EPA).
